CARLA OATES' RAINBOW CHARD, TOMATO & GOAT'S CHEESE TART STEP 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C/ fan 180°C. Lightly grease a 23cm loose-based fluted flan tin with coconut oil. Refrigerate. STEP 2 For the pastry, combine the flour, hazelnuts, arrowroot and salt in a large bowl. Add the macadamia oil, egg, 1½tbsp water and vinegar and stir to form a sticky dough.
