Alina Wick, 41, lives in Lewisham London, with her husband Gabriel, 53, and their three children, Karina, 16, Kevin, 13, and Karla, five.
She says, “Before lockdown, my daughter Karina was a high achiever. She was bubbly and passionate, enjoyed arts and crafts and excelled academically. When lockdown started, she began to follow exercise videos and challenges on YouTube and TikTok, in her room.
