AN ‘IT’ BAG – a classic that’s sleek not showy, functional not frivolous – has the ability to raise the game of any outfit. The only problem is that you often have to pay for the privilege. No longer, however. This season, the high street has outdone itself with a host of hero bags, many of which look premium enough to command an extra zero on their price tags.
