There’s something special about this season. It’s just so life-affirming when everything is fresh and new. Produce and flowers gradually appear out of the soil and the greengrocer’s tables are cramming full of nice, fresh, crisp vegetables. I love cooking with good, fresh ingredients, and arranging the food beautifully is almost as important as the taste. The same goes for sharing the meal with my loved ones. That’s something we’re very good at here in Denmark: Danish "hygge". At this time of the year, the gardens and the roadsides are full of flowers.
