Dippy eggs with fancy soldiers A firm favourite for one, and easy to scale up for the family. SERVES 1 PREP 10 MINS COOK 20 MINS ● 1 slice wholemeal bread ● 1tbsp relish ● 4 slices streaky bacon ● 2 medium eggs 1 Heat the oven to 200C Fan/Gas 7.
