Wadhwani Bliss is one of the few high rises in Nagpur. Tell us a little bit about your vision behind the project. SA: I’ve lived outside Nagpur for most of my life - boarding school in south India, graduation in Hyderabad, college in San Francisco, and New York. This exposure sparked my curiosity about different cultures and lifestyles. When we started Bliss, we debated what kind of development to build. Initially, we leaned towards 2-3 bedroom apartments for volume sales, but my sister Shraddha Agrawal, Director, R Sandesh Group and I pushed for ultra-luxury development - a place we’d want to live in ourselves. The Kiran Nadar Museum of Art (KNMA) in Delhi played a clever April Fools’ Day prank, announcing an AI-curated exhibition, then revealing it was a joke with the message: “April Fools Day. Exhibitions are not a series of prompts.” For the museum, it was about highlighting that human creativity remains irreplaceable, even in the age of AI, and for me, it was a reassurance that creativity could still win the battle against AI. Do share the idea behind this project, how it was conceived? The London E-Prix at the ExCeL centre is the only top-tier FIA World Championship event featuring a significant indoor/outdoor layout. This unique nature was the spark for the entire project, born from a challenge that had never been tackled in modern motorsport: creating a racing environment that transitions between the bright daylight of the outdoors and the controlled atmosphere of an indoor arena.
