Britain’s champion Olympian, and the first British diver to win four Olympic medals, Tom Daley, says he is still obsessed with water. Now he has written a book about it with children’s author Simon James Green. One of the reasons Daley wanted to write the book, he tells The Week Junior, is because, “When I was a kid, there were never any books that had divers as the main characters.” He says writing was a creative escape. “You get to write in a way that is really free, and you can be as silly as you like.”
