Route Pendine Sands to Red Roses, then onto Tenby, Freshwater East, Lamphey, Carew Cheriton and Castle. West to Pembroke Dock and across the Cleddau Ddu tidal estuary to Tiers Cross, Ratford Bridge and Simpson Cross. Newgale to St Davids, from there to Fishguard, then Haverfordwest, Narberth before ending in Red Roses.
