Quality, not quantity…. That most familiar of adages applies to the world of ag machinery dispersals just as much as it does to any other facet of farming life.
At the recent J E Cupit farm dispersal, staged at St James’ Farm, Crowland, Lincolnshire, around 240 people made the trip to the sale site, with 150 further bidders registered to take part online. So, according to Brown and Co’s George Watchorn, it was a decent crowd… but, in terms of quantity, not huge.
