I have two children with invisible conditions, including hypermobility, autism and incontinence. I have spent  years being judged by people who believe we are not entitled to use disabled toilets or other services. If you give me a dirty look, expect one back. Ask me nicely what the problem is, I will happily educate you. As my bedside alarm beeped, I struggled to peel open my eyes. Just five minutes, I told myself. But minutes later, I still didn’t feel right.
