Brioche French Toast with Raspberry Sauce SERVES 6 PREP & COOK 22 MINS ■ 400g unsliced brioche loaf ■ 4 eggs ■ ½ cup milk ■ 2 tbsp caster sugar ■ 1 tsp ground cinnamon ■ 50g butter ■ Vanilla ice-cream, to serve RASPBERRY SAUCE ■ 2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed ■ ¼ cup caster sugar 1 SAUCE Place all ingredients in a saucepan over a medium heat.
