I was reading Stuffocation – Living More With Less by James Wallman, and then moved on to The Life-changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo, with the interesting subtitle of The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing. WINNING LETTER Writing and knitting therapy I read with interest in the July issue about how a divorced man coped with his emotions by writing his thoughts down. When I first started writing seriously, a book called The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron helped me a great deal. She recommends that you sit down and write for half an hour about whatever comes into your head.
