“When my wife, Connie, and I went to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall the first time, she asked me to write down my thoughts,” says retired Marine Eddie Beesley (Semper Fi, page 34). Connie had planned to make copies for their four grandchildren, so they would know what Eddie had been through.
