Change page colour and print it
To change Word’s default colour of white, open a document, click the Design tab (1 in our screenshot), then click Page Color 2 in the Page Background at the far right. You can now pick a colour from the Theme and Standard sections 3. To print this coloured page you’ll have to change a setting in Word. Click File at the top left, then Options (or More, Options) at the bottom. Now click Display on the left, and in the Printing Options section, right, select the ‘Print Background Colors and Images’ option. Click OK.
