Although symptoms are often benign, an early diagnosis could lead to a better outcome. There are five main types of gynaecological cancer – ovarian, uterine, vaginal, cervical and vulva – and each year in the UK, there are more than 22,000 diagnosed cases. SWEET TREAT YOU CAN WHIP UP THESE TASTY DESSERTS IN MINUTES CHOCOLATE MOUSSE SERVES 4 • 3 medium ripe bananas • 2 small ripe avocados • 80g rough or smooth almond butter • 30g cocoa powder • 1 tsp vanilla essence • 100g fresh berries • 1 tbsp almonds, chopped STEP 1 Peel and roughly chop the bananas.
