Case in point: Late last month, Adweek (April 18 issue) published a story about the uptick in West Coast agencies building out their own virtual reality labs for experimentation. As younger consumers continue to eschew traditional TV, ESPN, like most other networks, has had to seek out a strong digital-native partner. And it has, in Vice. The wide-ranging partnership announced last week encompasses both digital and television.
