Pork & fennel sausage rolls MAKES 8 PREP 20 MINS COOK 30 MINS 1 medium fennel bulb, trimmed, chopped finely 400g pork mince 2 eggs ½ cup stale breadcrumbs ¼ cup grated cheddar 2 tbsp chopped parsley 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind 2 sheets puff pastry 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 tsp sesame seeds 1 Preheat oven to 220°C. 2 Heat an oiled, large frying pan over medium heat.
