Classic crepe-style pancakes Serves: 4 Prep: 5 mins Cook: 20 mins 1 Sift the flour into a large bowl, add the eggs and milk and whisk until combined. Add 75ml cold water and whisk again until you have a smooth batter. 2 Place a 20-22cm non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat.
