On a chilly morning it is often difficult to coax kids out of their nice warm beds. Motivating young ones to get up for crack-of-dawn sports games or practices can be a challenge at the best of times, more so when the weather is miserable. So how can you get them moving? First, make it as easy as possible for your kids to get up and ready. Lay out their clothes, shoes and sports gear the night before for easy access. In the morning, be their own personal cheerleader and remind them of why they love their sport. You could even name-drop a few of their heroes.
