Simple, it means your wheel’s center bore (the pilot hole) fits precisely onto the hub of the rear axle, front drum, or rotor, thereby holding wheel / rim runout to near zero, assuring a vibration-free installation and maximum safety. Remember, no matter the quality of the balance job, a wheel/tire with runout cannot run true. Ever.
