She lost an incredible 12st but has been left with 3st I of loose skin. She says she wouldn't change a thing, though, and rightly so. Well done to Tara for changing her life! Night shift misery Q I've started night shifts. I drink coffee to stay awake, then wine to get to sleep, but I'm still tired! Any tips?
