It considered a three level composition for the upper, lower and lower park, facing the streets. The street serves an important role for the urban environment because it is open to the public and also gives the identity to the building.

The logic of composing the work space at the lower level and the residential space at the upper level may be simple, but it definitely created a new type of residential/commercial complex. It brings a new mood to the cityscape.
