Honey, banana & oat smoothie
Ready in 5 minutes | Serves 2
Add 1 cup thick Greek-style yoghurt, 1 cup milk of your choice, 1 large ripe banana, ½ cup instant oats, ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, 1 heaped Tbsp honey and a few ice cubes into a blender. Blitz on high until completely smooth. Pour into serving glasses and sprinkle with a little bee pollen* if you like.
