Suzuki’s Burgman maxi-scooter is nothing if not established, having been bobbing around city streets for almost a quarter of a century. Originally available in AN250 and AN400 form, the range expanded over the years to also include 125, 200 and 650 models, but since last year only the 400 has survived in the UK. Now, faced with upstart rivals and tightening emissions, this sole Burgman has been upgraded. Its single-cylinder four-stroke has received a rework, the display is updated, and there are enhanced electronics as well. So, at £6899, have Suzuki done enough?
