Just an hour or so down the coastline from Barcelona is the historic, walled port of Tarragona. Between it and the resort of Salou, you will find not one but three excellent courses, which make up the deliciously mixed paella of golf on offer at the award-winning and eco-friendly Infinitum.
Two of the three courses, the Lakes and the Ruins, were designed by two-time Open Champion Greg Norman. The former, as its name hints, is the toughest test with water beckoning virtually all the way.
