Despite the ongoing supply chain crisis and enduring post-pandemic problems, sales of C-segment SUVs continue to rise. The C5 Aircross is a case in point, with 245,000 finding homes in Europe since the original made its debut in 2018. That means the French firm has played it reasonably safe with this mid-life refresh, because if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
There are revised trim levels, including a new entry-level Sense Plus model, but the most obvious change is the new nose and headlight treatment, which takes its angular cues from the C4 and C5 X, while revised 3D LED lights feature at the rear. There are no sheet metal changes, but the new elements have been neatly integrated to create a more distinctive look.
