LET’S SPEAK UP It was refreshing to read about feelings other people have experienced in Embrace Your Inner Impostor (20 May). To be successful at work there is often pressure to play the corporate game, suppressing your real personality and pretending to be something else. It’s hardly surprising that this causes stress, anxiety and puts mental health at risk. In my senior corporate role, I try to meet expectations, yet I still worry what others think of me and feel inadequate. It’s unhealthy and has to stop.
