KINKY County Judge Joe Boeckmann resigned after investigators accused him of encouraging young male defendants to pose naked, have sex with him and be paddled for punishment in exchange for lighter sentences and money. The 69-year-old Cross County, Ark., jurist insists he’s innocent of the charges. But investigators for a special commission say they found more than 4,500 photos on his computer of naked men — some of whom had been paddled.
